Choc Mint Smoothie
What you need:
1 frozen bananas
1 handful of mint leaves
½ avocado
2 handfuls of either baby spinach, raw broccoli or raw cauliflower*
2 heap tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 medjool dates
2 cups of almond milk
What to do:
Blend all ingredients together until well combined. Add more liquid if needed.
Pour into glass and enjoy
* For a smoother finish use frozen broccoli or cauliflower.
If you don’t like it so thick you can halve the banana or avocado.
