Hi, I’m Kirsty.

A gut health obsessed naturopath on a mission to make the world a healthier and happier place – starting with you and me.

I say gut health obsessed because that’s where my health journey began. I suffered with my own gut issues, which was uncomfortable and at times embarrassing.

Thankfully I was introduced to a naturopath, which began my gut healing journey and interest in health, food as medicine and natural therapies.

I’ve since gone on to study a four-year Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy. I spent the final year of my degree under the mentorship of Dr Andrea Robertson (Osteopath, Naturopath, Nutritionist) and worked along side her for over 2 years at Southside clinic in Unley, Adelaide. Today I offer online naturopathy consults to patients all over Australia both online and face to face.

When I’m not in clinic or talking about gut health, you’ll most likely find me at home in my little veggie garden, curled up with my cat Tyrion, planning an adventure with my partner Joe or in the kitchen cooking up a delicious home cooked meal.
