Can I claim Private Health rebates?

Unfortunately not – From April 2019 the Australian Government removed Naturopathy from the private health rebate scheme.

Are there any additional costs?

Depending on your presenting symptoms supplementation, herbal medicine or flower essences my be prescribe to you to support your healing and are at an additional cost. Retail products are also available both in clinic and online which are also at an additional cost. I will explain any need for additional products and advice of the price in your consult – there is no pressure to purchase products and treatment plans can be modified if you do not wish to purchase any additional products. Pathology testing may also be required and may be at an additional cost.

What do I need for an online consult?

Internet Connection.
A device with a camera and microphone so I can see and hear you during the consult.

Zoom access.
There is no cost for you to sign up for an account with Zoom - https://zoom.us
To provide your email address so I can send pre-treatment forms and treatment plans post appointment.

What do I need to bring?

You don’t need to bring anything to your appointment, however if you have any recent blood, stool, saliva or DNA testing please bring this with you. Alternatively you can email this information to me prior to your appointment so I can review and do any required pre-reading.
