Bamboo Toothbrush

$6.60

It is estimated that 30 million plastic toothbrushes are disposed of each year. Plastic toothbrushes will not break down for many decades. OmMade Bamboo toothbrushes are biodegradable.

The bristles are infused with charcoal which is antibacterial and acts as a natural teeth whitener.

The bristles are a biodegradable nylon, however, biodegradable nylon is in essence, micro plastic. I suggest breaking the head of the toothbrush off and placing it in the general waste bin and then composting the bamboo handle. At this stage, it is the most environmentally option we have and certainly a better option than a plastic toothbrush.
