INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS

Organic Peppermint, Organic Chamomile, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Spearmint, Organic Lavender, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Passionflowers, Organic Cornflowers & Organic Red Rose Petals
Hot tea - 1 generous tsp per cup / Brew at 100C for 3-5 minutes / Drink plain / Caffeine free
Iced tea - 2 generous tsp per cup / Brew in cold water in the fridge overnight
Drink plain or add a dash of sparkling mineral H2O or soda to create a refreshing tea spritzer. Garnish with preferred fruits, herbs and petals. Caffeine Free.
