The Green Tea used as the base of this blend is grown at high altitude in the Himalayas and is mellow cup with a bright infusion and a subtly sweet in flavour.

INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS

Organic Guranse Green Tea (camellia sinensis) from Nepal, Organic Chamomile, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Lemon Peel, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Lemon Verbena, Organic Elderflowers & Organic Cornflowers

Hot tea - 1 generous tsp per cup / Brew at 80C for 1-2 minutes / Drink plain
Iced tea - 2 generous tsp per cup / Brew in cold water in the fridge overnight

Drink plain or add a dash of sparkling mineral H2O or soda to create a refreshing tea spritzer. Serve with fresh lemon slices. Garnish with preferred fruits, herbs and petals.
